Both U10 Girls teams decided to compete in the 2009 Aiken  cup and did an outstanding job that weekend!!  Despite the heat, both teams played extremely well against two other competitive teams - the Augusta Arsenal AASC Gunners 00 G and the Mecklenburg Union Futbol U9 G Navy.  Both teams started off very strong winning their first games by six and eight point margins. In the end, both of our teams did so well, in fact, that they both ended up playing against each other in the finals!  Way to go Lexington United!!  All were extremely proud with our Lexington United Blue team as finalist and our Lexington United White team as the champion.  Way to play strong in the Aiken Cup, girls!!
