U-11 Div. 1 STATE CHAMPS!!!
This is Classic I level team that plays in the President’s Medal Soccer League (PMSL) and embraces a challenging, higher level of soccer. Currently the team is comprised of 14 girls who LOVE to play soccer! The team has developed into a great force over the last three years led by Coach Washburn. Originally formed as a U9 team, the Heat, it became the Fire as a U10 team and earned the title of division champs by the end of the year. It is now is comprised of the original core group of six players plus eight more amazing girls to form Lexington United 96G Blue this year.

*Coach Ken’s Experience: In addition to holding a USSF D license, this is his fourth year coaching for LCSC and sixth year as a coach of youth soccer. He also coaches the Lexington United 99G White team. He grew up playing soccer, continued playing in high school on a championship team at
Newtown
High School and played soccer in college, too, at
Furman
University. Go Paladins!
*Coach Daniel’s Experience: In addition to holding a USSF E license, Daniel grew up playing soccer and playing the position of keeper most often. He and his family recently moved from Mexico to Lexington, SC.
