Nutrition for the Soccer Player
Proper nutrition before, during and after games is key to increase the performance of the athlete. As soccer has grown in the United States and because of the travel requirements and multiple games in a given date, the soccer athlete must be able to quickly energize themselves in order to work at peak performance.
