Registration:
Each team needs a team rep. The team rep is responsible for filling out the roster and registering their players. Each player will need to sign a waiver, and if under 18 will also need to do a parental waiver. Each player will need a picture for their player card that can also be emailed.
Roster size the maximum number of players is 12 on a team.
TEAM FEES MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE MAY 23rd

On your check please indicate Team name and team rep's name
Registration will take place at Gibson Road Complex under the shelter May 25th through the 29th from 6 - 9 PM
Player registration fees will bepaid directly to the Central League - $30 for new players, $5 for returning player (played in fall, winter, or spring)
Remember you need to have photos of all your players at registration.
Rosters are due by May 23rd. Rosters need to be sent directly to Danielle at columbiascsoccer@aol.com.
